2008 October > Stepping Up Events

This was the fourth event for Stepping Up Events which was founded 2 years ago, with the goal of bringing together the women of our community personally and professionally. The event included a silent auction, gift bags, a 3-course lunch and the opportunity to purchase items from 16 vendors who represented women entrepreneurs in our community. The women's conference was held at Madsen's Greenhouse and cost $65 to attend. Net proceeds from the event went towards the new cancer program at Southlake Hospital.
